O ne thing we all humans have in common. One day means 24 hours for us even if we do additional night shifts and can’t sleep for days.

Also true that most of us will never learn how to manage our time efficiently. Being sucessful does not mean we can manage our time but managing our time makes us successful. By improvisation and placing additional tasks which we think may help moving forward we will not get us any further or make us more productive especially if its about managing business.

Having the exact same amount of time you can make it to the top or get totally broke even if you are involved the same business in both cases. By the end of this post you will know the difference in the backgrounds and how you can act according your choice.

and it’s important to find ways to make sure we procrastinate, Less Often…

Your First Task is to write down a middle term goal you want to achieve regarding your business. Let is be for example get 3000+ monthly visitors in three months time.After having a concrete goal which you can precisely measure you can divide it into monthly , weekly, daily tasks which are more than doable.

The key is to dissect the whole plan into simple steps you can do every day without getting overwhelmed.

Pick only one or two marketing methods you feel familiar with and devote minimum half an hour to get new insights in it. Do some research and don’t forget to apply what you have learned right away! Always take action! You will never have a better opportunity than the moment right then. Act while you still feel motivated.

This is the system you can have your daily tasks look neat and clear. Divide your tasks into four groups:

1) Utmost Importance
2) Very Important
3) Somewhat Important
4) Not Important

You have probably heard this several times but the key act for being productive is to Write Things Down. On each and every night before you lay down write the tasks you should get done tomorrow. It doesn’t really matter how important the individual tasks are.

This step is really crucial because it not only keep you focused on being productive and focused but the main goal here is to get rid of all things which may stress you through the night. Try to think of everything which you Want to get done tomorrow. Write them down as they come and get some rest.

Right when you get up grab that paper again and organize the tasks you wrote down into those four groups I meantioned above. ONLY YOU can decide what is “Utmost” “Very” “Somewhat”,
and “Not Important”… so make priorities according to your personal judgment and be sure you include an Utmost important task to generate traffic to your site.

Be Prepared for your OWN Excuses!

“I work so much I don’t even have time to sleep. ” It’s a nice one and completely understandable but remember that most people start their online business because they have literally no time and they want to change that.

“Oh there is a great program on the TV right now.” This is the worst you can have. If you don’t learn to devote your time and see the difference between tasks which are completely irrelevant to your business and the productive ones you shouldn’t have to get involved online business in the first place.

Do not mix priority groups! If you find yourself thinking on doing a somewhat important task rather than an utmost important one because it’s quick and easy…stop it right there.

You must devote all your time and effort getting the utmost important tasks to get done and ONLY after completing them should you focus on the somewhat important or not important tasks.
